Shipping Policy:
eyaadein.com will ship to virtually any address within the U.S. However, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or locations
outside the United States of America. To calculate when you will receive an item, please use the table below.
Processing Time (Lead Time) - this is how long it takes from the moment you see your order on the confirmation page until the moment we consign your order
to the shipper. To obtain the total estimated time to place and receive your order you must add the lead time to the estimated Shipping Time for shipping method you have chosen. In the case of video2 transfers when you place your order we send you a fulfillment kit. You must place your tape in the kit and return it to us for
processing. So the total time will be the kit lead time plus kit shipping time plus the product lead time plus product shipping time plus the time you have the kit before returning it to us. All days are business days.

Selecting the best image for your gift

|

|

|
There are many different gifts of many different sizes available at eyaadein. You might be wondering how to make sure your picture will look its
best on your gift. Here are some important things to consider to ensure that your images look their best on your photo personalized gift. The most important factors to consider when submitting an image for production are image resolution and image clarity. The quality of a digital image is measured in terms of its resolution. The unit of measurement for resolution is the pixel, which represents one "dot" of information in your image. Digital cameras typically capture images with a resolution of 640x480, 1600x1200, 2048x1536 or higher,
depending on the model. Scanners allow you to select the resolution you want. This adjustment is usually called dpi, which stands for dots per inch. The higher the dpi setting used for scanning your images, the more pixels (and the higher the resolution of your image) generated. For a standard 4x6 photograph, scanning at 200 dpi will
create an 800x1200 pixel image. When you send an image to eyaadein, it is important that it contains enough information (i.e. enough resolution) for us to print it on your gift. Each gift in our catalog will list the minimum resolution required for that image. Comparing this to the resolution of your image will give you an idea of how appropriate your image is for your gift. If you have an image that is much smaller than the recommended resolution, simply enlarging it within graphic software may not be the answer. While this will increase the image's resolution, it will also decrease the quality of the image by spreading the existing information over a larger area. If you enlarge the image and it looks much fuzzier than the original, than it will look just as fuzzy on your gift.
